"I have not had a good experience with this company. I pay my insurance every month. Well this is the first time I have made a claim with them Let's hope this is the last time too. May 6th I had a very unusual situation happen at work. I submitted my claim and I have been put through the ringer on this one. The shop have them the paperwork for my car being totalled out. Statefarm says. They dont see the damage. I have black mold growing in my car now. It won't drive and all. Statefarm will pay me 251.12 to fix my totalled car. I could not get a rental even though I have full coverage. Now they would like me to provide proof I went to work with dry clothes on. This is ridiculous since when is the paperwork provided by the shop not sufficient, when did photos and a video showing proof of damage ot become enough proof. I have 5 kids and no car now. But they say only 251.12. I have never had such a bad experience. I hope I can at least get someone to help me. This is not what customer service should be."
